Uriel Abduction Thumb Splint is designed to provide firm support for the thumb including the carpometacarpal (CMC) joint. Recommended for use in cases of thumb strain, sprain, fracture, swelling or inflammation, and repetitive strain injury including texter's thumb, trigger thumb, bowler's thumb and tenosynovitis.
The splint can be used in two different ways:
Option one: Equipped with an aluminum stay, fixed in the ideal angle to limit thumb movement while allowing normal daily functioning.
Option two: For lighter support and more loose movement of the thumb, replace the aluminum stay with the included spiral stay
Included: One spiral flexible stay
Fits around right or left hand. Measure circumference wrist for sizing.
Small/Medium 5.5 - 7.5 in. Large/XL 7.5 - 9.5 in.
