The FlexaMed 6, 8 or 10 inch Umbilical Navel Hernia Belt provides relief when part of the intestine protrudes through an opening in your abdominal muscles. Measures 6", 8" or 10" wide. Made in USA.
- The umbilical hernia belt/truss provides significant relief from abdominal pain associated with an umbilical or navel hernia
- Foam pad adds rigidity and provides a non-elastic zone that helps to direct compression on the hernia
- Cotton/elastic blend provide breathable, comfortable support
- Dual Velcro strips ensure positive closure and adjustment
Measure around abdomen (belly) for a proper fit. Waist (pant) size may not be a good indicator for size as most people need to wear the belt closer to the belly and not the hips. The belt is intended to fit tight and provide compression.

I wear this belt during resistance exercises (80 yrs old). It holds in my minor umbilical hernia. The cotton fabric is wonderful, and it is made in the USA.
Con: An overlap of sizes would be a huge benefit. My size is slightly larger than medium, but at the minimum of large. However, size varies with varience in weight. So what fits today is somewhat large tomorrow. I suggest that the sizes have at least 2" of overlap -- i.e., the sizes have slightly smaller min, and slightly larger max.
Pros: great belt, all cotton, and Velcro is reasonable force to remove.
Cons: sizes should overlap, I purchased a size large, and am at the bottom (minimum), so that the belt is not as tight as I'd like. However, the smaller size would be too tight. With some overlap (even at a higher cost) the sizing would be perfect with normal changes in weight, size, etc.
