This belt frees up my hand from holding my abdomen and allows hands free walking again. The belt doesn't help as much in some body contortions but does help for general hands free mobility. This eliminates the constant stress on the finger joints too. It is of good product quality and I am pleased with the purchase. It is a good interim solution until I can look into something more permanent. Thank you.
